How does it work
The LS-30 Base Unit is connected using the BF-450 Ethernet adapter to our central Service over Internet. Via our Web App, iPhone PP, Android APP you can reach your LS-30 from anywhere in the world. The connection is kept open at all times and is used both to send events from the LS-30 to our service as well as sending commands to the LS-30. No configuration of firewalls and routers is necessary. Why should I connect my LS-30?
There are many reasons why you should connect your LS-30. Below are some of the major advantages listed:
You get full access and can control your system from your iPhone or Android phone.
It gives a view of all your devices and its current status.
There is a graphical 24 hour view where all events, operation status and readings are displayed.
Readings can be displayed in charts. For example readings from Temperature, Humidity, Electricity etc.
Events (like alarm, open door, temperature readings etc) could easy be defined to do Actions like send SMS or E-mails.
There is a very powerful Event handling where it is easy to define the Actions that should be taken based on the different needs.
There is a powerful Scheduling module that can be used to automate operations and controls.
It is possible to add Network cameras into the solution.
You can connect several LS-30 into one system which gives access to all of them simultaneous. The users permission tells which of the LS-30 he/she has access to and what kind of access.
It is very easy to configure the system and adding new devices using the Web interface and online instructions.
For advanced users, there is an API (Application Programming Interface) where the user can get data from our central service. For example get temperature readings directly into an Excel sheet or embed a graph into your own website.
Depending on which subscription is used, there might be some volume or functionality limitations.

It works in all countries where a stable Internet connection is available. Which languages is available
Currently the Web App are available in English, Swedish, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Thai.
The iPhone and Android App are available in English and Swedish.

You order a subscription via our Web Shop or via a local re-seller. Can multiple LS-30 be connected
Yes, there is no limit on how many LS-30 that can be connected to one customer.
The structure are like:
One Customer have between one and an unlimited amounts of Users.
Each Customer have between one and an unlimited amounts of LS-30 connected
Each User have access to none or many LS-30
A user without access is typically those that only should receive notifications.
Each User may have access to other Customers LS-30. For example: User A that have a LS-30 at home work at a company that have a LS-30 at the office. The Company could invite the user (with the user current login information) to have access to the companies LS-30. Then the user will have simulations access both to the company and the home from his iPhone.

If the Internet connections drops, our Service knows that and will create an Event within 15 minutes.
The Event can be configured to send SMS or E-mails.
When the Internet connection is connected again, our Service create an Event for that also.
The Event can be configured to send SMS or E-mails.
When an new connection is opened, our Service check the local event log in the LS-30 for alarms. If there have been any alarms while the LS-30 was offline, it uploads them and creates events in our Service, and trigger Actions as it would have if it was connected. |
